If you would like Vitoqa to delete personal data associated with your account, or with your participation in an invitation or event, you can request that below.
Requesting deletion of your data
You can request deletion of personal data associated with your use of Vitoqa. This may include data linked to a Vitoqa account, your participation in or interaction with an invitation or event, and other personal information reasonably connected to your use of the service.

What to include
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or data, for example:
- the email address associated with your Vitoqa account
- the email address used in connection with an invitation you received
- any other context that helps us identify the relevant data
Please do not send us
Unless we specifically ask you for appropriate verification information through a secure process, please do not include:
- passwords
- payment card details
- authentication codes
- security credentials
- identity documents
- other unnecessary sensitive personal information
Identity verification
Before completing a deletion request, we may need to verify that you are authorised to request deletion of the relevant data. This helps protect accounts and information from unauthorised requests. In some cases, we may be unable to process a request without appropriate verification.
What happens after your request
Once we receive and verify a valid deletion request, the relevant personal data will be handled as appropriate in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, personal data may be deleted, anonymised or otherwise handled appropriately.
We aim to process valid deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable law.
Information we may need to retain
In some cases, we may need to retain limited information even after a deletion request, where necessary or permitted by law, for example for:
- legal obligations
- fraud prevention
- abuse prevention and security
- resolving disputes
- compliance and legitimate record-keeping
Third-party services
Vitoqa relies on third-party services, including providers such as Meta and WhatsApp, and infrastructure and email providers, to operate parts of the service. Information processed independently by those providers is subject to their own privacy, retention and deletion policies, and Vitoqa cannot delete information that is independently controlled by a third party.
